Jim's tight knit family of Real Estate minds advised him to start selling real estate professionally in 1994. His first year as an agent, he received the Better Homes and Gardens Rising Star Award and joined the nation’s top sales people in the International Presidents Council for being in the top 2% of the company nationwide for referring clients. He then became an Associate Broker with a local Salt Lake firm and worked diligently to learn the business.
Three years later, he broke the mold of traditional Real Estate and worked with Centex Homes to help the fifth largest home builder with their transition to Utah. Upon doing so he initiated the start up Brokerage of Williams Realty where he insists on continuing to list and sell property to keep in touch with the market, personally understanding the needs of home buyers and sellers. With this mindset, his work time is spent developing a keen sense of buyers wants and sellers needs by working closely with them and listening to the requests of his clients.
When he is not driving the desk, his time is spent encouraging his clients to get outside of their home and enjoy all the benefits Utah and the Wasatch Front have to offer.

Dave McReynolds has been with Williams Realty for over three years. During the winter months, he can be found on the slopes of Alta and Snowbird.

Guy has been a realtor since 2004. He lives in Big Cottonwood Canyon, near Solitude, and specializies in extraordinary real estate. Guy own several income properties himself, and also runs a redevelopment company called Aspen Ventures.
Guy is currently single, and works all summer in order to travel and ski during the winter.

Spencer Wheatley is a former World Extreme Skiing Champion. In addition to being a full time Realtor, Spencer works as a Helicopter ski guide for Wasatch Powderbird Guides at Snowbird. Ten years of mountain guiding has given Spencer excellent insight into client care and professionalism.

Dave is a native of Boise, Idaho, but moved to the Salt Lake Valley, in 1993, to attend the University of Utah, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. He loves to spend time outdoors skiing, fishing, boating and camping.
David and Carrie have been married for six years and are parents to Clara, age 3, and Liam, age 1.
Carrie also attended the University of Utah and achieved a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications. Having grown up in Layton, and later living in The Avenues, Sugarhouse and Sandy, she is very familiar with both Davis and Salt Lake counties. While away from the office, Carrie loves reading, golfing and spending time with family.

Tyson was born in Madison, Wisconsin and grew up in Idaho before earning an Economics Degree, Cum Laude, from the University of Washington in Seattle
His passion for the mountains brought Tyson to the Wasatch Front in 1988. He directs Exum Utah Mountain Adventures, guides skiers for Wasatch Powderbird Guides, and is the author of the guidebook,Backcountry Skiing, Utah.
Currently a full-time realtor and part-time mountain guide, Tyson resides in a 1914 Sugar House Bungalow with his wife, Julie, and their two sons, Diego and Roman.
Through mountain guiding I meet and relate to all types of people, in challenging, and often stressful, situations. I've developed the same sort of long-term, trust-based relationships I now enjoy with clients as a realtor.
