Jim's tight knit family of Real Estate minds advised him to start selling real estate professionally in 1994. His first year as an agent, he received the Better Homes and Gardens Rising Star Award and joined the nation’s top sales people in the International Presidents Council for being in the top 2% of the company nationwide for referring clients. He then became an Associate Broker with a local Salt Lake firm and worked diligently to learn the business.

Three years later, he broke the mold of traditional Real Estate and worked with Centex Homes to help the fifth largest home builder with their transition to Utah. Upon doing so he initiated the start up Brokerage of Williams Realty where he insists on continuing to list and sell property to keep in touch with the market, personally understanding the needs of home buyers and sellers. With this mindset, his work time is spent developing a keen sense of buyers wants and sellers needs by working closely with them and listening to the requests of his clients.

When he is not driving the desk, his time is spent encouraging his clients to get outside of their home and enjoy all the benefits Utah and the Wasatch Front have to offer.

Dave McReynolds has been with Williams Realty for over 8 years. During the winter months, he can be found with his family on the slopes of Alta and Snowbird. Spencer is a native Utahn and alumni of the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Since becoming a Realtor in 2004, Spencer has earned a reputation for local knowledge, hard work, high level client care and professionalism. As a member of both the Park City Board of Realtors and the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, Spencer specializes in properties on "both sides" of the Wasatch Mountains. Spencer grew up ski racing in the Ogden Valley and is a former World Extreme Skiing Champion. In addition to being a full time Realtor, Spencer works as a Helicopter ski guide for Wasatch Powderbird Guides based out of Snowbird.

Tyson was born in Madison, Wisconsin and grew up in Idaho before earning an Economics Degree, Cum Laude, from the University of Washington in Seattle

His passion for the mountains brought Tyson to the Wasatch Front in 1988. He directs Exum Utah Mountain Adventures, guides skiers for Wasatch Powderbird Guides, and is the author of the guidebook,Backcountry Skiing, Utah.

Currently a full-time realtor and part-time mountain guide, Tyson resides in a 1914 Sugar House Bungalow with his wife, Julie, and their two sons, Diego and Roman.

Through mountain guiding I meet and relate to all types of people, in challenging, and often stressful, situations. I've developed the same sort of long-term, trust-based relationships I now enjoy with clients as a realtor.  I feel my understanding of people, negotiating skills, and energy to go the extra mile make real estate a great profession for me. Andy Baker is a 17 year veteran of the Alta Ski School where he has developed a return clientele that keeps him busy 100+ days a season. He spent summers in his home state of Maine as an  expedition Sea Kayak guide along the Maine and Canadian coasts. Through his experiences as an instructor and guide, Andy has learned the professional qualities his clients are accustom to on the mountain or in the ocean, to have Fun, Safe experiences. Andy has been a year round resident of Utah since 2003.

David Brown is a native of Salt Lake City. He graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in architecture after attending Rowland Hall St. Marks. He also received an MLA from Utah State University after spending over 20 years as a Grand Canyon river guide and several years in the construction field. Dave has been a realtor since 2004 and has owned investment properties since 1998. His specialties include historic properties, the walkable districts of Salt Lake City, multi-unit investment properties, and client representation.
